The job of the Sheridan WYO Rodeo Wranglers is to carry the sponsor flags through the arena each night of the four performances of the Sheridan WYO Rodeo.

Wranglers Assistant Coach Liz Kincaid says that the wranglers ride through the arena three times each night.

Kincaid said that while each year is different, they typically like to have 40 to 45 riders saddled up for the rodeo. She said that the Wranglers are in many ways, ambassadors of the rodeo.

Kincaid said that the Wranglers begin their monthly practices in September, which continue until May when they switch to weekly practices in preparation for the Sheridan WYO Rodeo.
