Currently, the City of Sheridan has only one resolution regarding purchasing and procurement, and that is the "buy local" resolution, that was adopted in 2011.

The City Council, at their regularly scheduled meeting Monday night, will be considering adoption of a Purchasing and Procurement Policy. Sheridan Mayor Roger Miller elaborates.

The Mayor says that they will also be considering the Master Governmental Lease-Purchase Agreement between Wells Fargo Bank, and the City, for the lease-purchase of a TANA E380 Landfill Compactor totaling $932,630 over the lease term.

The Council will also be considering a contract with the local firefighters union and a letter of support for the proposed Sheridan Innovation Center. The Council will meet Monday at 7pm in Council Chambers on the third floor of Sheridan City Hall.
