The Sheridan City Council, at a study session Monday, received a snapshot of newly crafted procurement and purchasing initiatives.

City staff have been working on the initiatives with Purchasing Consultant Jim O’Neill. City Administrator Mark Collins said the procurement and purchasing initiatives are subject to change over the next month or so.

Collins said that a draft resolution would be presented to the Council in July, with consideration of the final resolution to take place at the Council’s first regularly scheduled meeting in August.
