Preliminary Plat for Cloud Peak Ranch Nineteenth Filing Approved

The City of Sheridan Planning Commission Monday night approved the preliminary plat for the Cloud Peak Ranch Nineteenth Filing subdivision, which consists of dividing 4.6 acres into three commercial lots zoned B-1. City Planning Director Robert Briggs said that the property owner, System Land, LLC, requested to subdivide the property to allow for retail and office development as well as residential.

The final plat must first come before the Planning Commission before it can be considered for approval by the Sheridan City Council.
