Buffalo Council To Have Second Read On Appropriations Bill

At their regular meeting this evening, the Buffalo City Council will have their second reading of Ordinance No. 1378, providing the appropriation bill for fiscal year 2016.
The budget bill contains just over $12 million in expenditures for the coming year.
