A Packed Gym for Sheridan High School Graduation

Full to overflowing, families and friends filled up the Sheridan High School gymnasium to celebrate the 2015 commencement exercises on Sunday afternoon.

This was Brent Leibach’s first graduation ceremony as principal in Sheridan, having served 34 years in education. He says this class is something to be proud of.

But, he says, looking forward, there’s always room for improvement.

Graduate Myranda Irion was doing some last minute primping and was looking forward to ending this season of her education.

For this mom, Stephanie Moore, graduation day was both exciting, yet full of questions.

The class motto for this year comes from Henry David Thoreau, “What lies behind us and what lies ahead of us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.”
