Officials Visit Hand In Hand Center As Part Of An Economic Development Tour In Sheridan

Representatives from several local organizations and the Wyoming Business Council were treated to a tour of the Hand in Hand Early Childhood Education Center yesterday. The building is still two weeks from completion and crews are working seven days a week to finish on time. Architect Ed Armstrong designed the building.

Dr. Lissanna Follari is the program director for the center and she says the staff is highly credentialed for an early childhood program.

The Wyoming Business Council granted the Sheridan Economic and Educational Development Authority $3 million to build the facility. Executive Director Susan Brayton expects to have over 50 students for opening day on September 9th.

The Wyoming Business Council members and several local government officials also made a few other stops in Sheridan including Thorne-Rider Park, Forward Sheridan, and the Airport Business Park.
