The Wyoming Department of Transportation held an open house Wednesday night for the North Sheridan Interchange Project. Sheridan Media's Ron Richter was there and has the story.

Over 50 people from the public showed up to learn more about the project that is scheduled to begin in the next couple of years. WYDOT District Engineer Mark Gillett says that the project will be a major undertaking.

City of Sheridan Project Manager Joe Schoen talks about the City's role in the endeavor.

The project is estimated to cost around $45 million, with the City's portion to be approximately $7 to 8 million.
