Officials from the Federal Emergency Management Agency, or FEMA, were on hand Thursday night to answer questions about the new digital flood insurance rate maps for Sheridan County. Aside from being digital, Sheridan County Public Works Director Rod Liesinger explains one big benefit of the new maps.

Liesinger explains what people can do if they didn't have a chance to make it to the meeting.

The new digital flood insurance rate maps were put together by the Army Corps of Engineers at the request of Sheridan County and the City of Sheridan.
