The Sheridan City Council will consider an ordinance on first reading tonight that would establish a municipal electric utility enterprise. Sheridan Mayor Dave Kinskey says that the creation of a electrical utility will serve as a conduit for receiving state funds.

The Council will also receive an update on the City's health insurance and a progress report on the proposed meeting between the City Council and the County Commissioners. Tonight's meeting is set for 7 o'clock on the third floor of City Hall in council chambers. You can listen to the meeting live on AM 1410 KWYO.
