Municipal Court Software Upgrade

The City of Sheridan will soon be purchasing new management software for Municipal Court Cases. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has the details.

Currently the City of Sheridan uses a State of Wyoming operated product called Full Court. City Customer Service Director Christie Lee says that the management software for Municipal Court that they’ve been using for the past 15 years is in need of replacement.

Lee said that a request for proposals was advertised and solicited on August 25th and August 31st, and that they received two proposals during that time frame. Staff is recommending the selection of Tyler Technologies as vendor for the software in the amount of $61,938. Council will be considering the recommendation at their upcoming regularly scheduled meeting Monday night.
