A home search in Sheridan Tuesday night conducted on a report of child endangerment due to drug use led to the arrest of a Sheridan man.

Sgt. Travis Koltiska of the Sheridan Police Department said 25-year-old Kyle Nelson was charged with possession of methamphetamine and child endangerment.

The sergeant said the case is still under investigation. He said one child was found at the residence, but no details on the child were available at this time. The home is located in the 1100 block of North Sheridan Avenue in Sheridan.
