Lummis Votes In Favor of Attorney General's Prosecution

Representative Cynthia Lummis voted Friday to prosecute the U.S. Attorney General, Eric Holder, for contempt of Congress.

The house overwhelmingly voted in favor of the proceedings with a vote of 255-67. Lummis explains her vote.

Holder's proposed prosecution is in connection with a larger investigation of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, which alleges that guns were intentionally supplied to Mexican drug cartels.
