A Look Back in Time: Sept. 15, 1919

Now here's Sheridan Media's look back in time, to 100 years ago, by reporter Pat Blair as published in the Sheridan Enterprise newspaper on Sept. 15, 1919.


People packed the stands, setting a record attendance at the two-day wild west celebration in Sheridan. This was the first such event held here since the war.

Mr. and Mrs. J.C. Lillienthal and children came to Sheridan today from their homestead near Clearmont to spend the winter.

Mrs. G.C. Bramel returned to her home in Clearmont this afternoon after spending a month visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Range, in Lincoln, Neb.

Mrs. Sam Garrett is having a new bath tub put in at her home in Dietz.

Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Denio and Mr. and Mrs. John Onken spent yesterday at Ladore.
