A Look Back in Time: Sept. 13, 1919

Now here's Sheridan Media's look back in time, to 100 years ago, by reporter Pat Blair as published in the Sheridan Enterprise newspaper on Sept. 13, 1919.


A. Brammer of Dayton is in Sheridan today. Also in the city is J.L. Horton of Clearmont.

L.R. Hines of Billings is registered at the Western.

Riley Motor Co. has just received Navy Specification Gasoline. Price is 30 cents per gallon.

The Big Stampede dance will be at Central Hall tonight. Sherrard’s orchestra will provide music.

The concert announced for tomorrow by Mr. Meltzer at the Orpheum is one of the finest that will be played this season.

Marked success is attending the “Dollars for Doughnuts” drive conducted by the women of Sheridan today for the Salvation Army.
