A Look Back in Time: Oct. 7, 1915

Now here's Sheridan Media's look back in time, to 100 years ago, by reporter Pat Blair as published in the Sheridan Enterprise newspaper on Oct. 7, 1915.

Farm experts on a variety of subjects presented a program last night at Sheridan's City Hall. Speakers included county agricultural agent S.M. Fuller, and Professor Campbell, noted dry farm expert with the Burlington. Topics included conservation of the soil by stock farming and crop rotation.

Mr. and Mrs. D.J. Watt and Mr. and Mrs. Howard Watt, all of Buffalo, are in the city today.

Mrs. Inez Cotton, who is the county school superintendent, went to Arvada today. She will spend some time visiting schools in that section of the country.

Coal hods are specially priced at 35 cents at Foley's Store, opposite City Hall in Sheridan.
