A Look Back in Time: Nov. 19, 1917

Now here's Sheridan Media's look back in time, to 100 years ago, by reporter Pat Blair as published in the Sheridan Enterprise newspaper on Nov. 19, 1917.

Theodore Diers, Federal Food Administrator for Sheridan, returned tonight from a conference in Washington in which 32 food administrators, representing that many states, and members of their staffs were present. The plan of licensing was discussed, and administrators were given instructions as to government methods of regulating wholesalers and those retailers doing a business of over $100,000 annually.

Mr. and Mrs. L.J. O'Marr now occupy the residence at 128 West Whitney.

Corsets in discontinued styles, up to $1.50 value, are now 50 cents at Reeds.

Mrs. Herb Snell of Ranchester was in Sheridan recently having some dental work done.
