A Look Back in Time: Nov. 10, 1918

Now here's Sheridan Media's look back in time, to 100 years ago, by reporter Pat Blair as published in the Sheridan Enterprise newspaper on Nov. 10, 1918.


The Toggery Shop has announced a coat sale. All cloth and pile fabric coats will be marked 20 percent off starting Tuesday. Also, a few smart suits are still on sale for $20.

Three deaths from influenza complications were reported for Sheridan county today.

Mr. and Mrs. D.W. Willer, who live on Tongue river about 20 miles from Sheridan, have been advised of the death of their son, Spencer D. Willer, “somewhere in France.”

The Automobile Laundry at 42 N. Main offers expert car washing, cleaning and polishing. Floor space is available for 20 cars. An experienced chauffeur is also available.
