A Look Back in Time: May 15, 1919

Now here's Sheridan Media's look back in time, to 100 years ago, by reporter Pat Blair as published in the Sheridan Enterprise newspaper on May 15, 1919.

One lot of ladies’ blouses in neat patterns, all sizes, are 98 cents each at Jacobs’ Store, 144 North Main Street.

Dr. Ira Landrith, one of the nation’s foremost prohibition orators from Southland, will deliver a lecture in Sheridan tomorrow night in the auditorium of the Methodist church. His subject will be world-round prohibition.

Dr. and Mrs. Maples of Buffalo are visiting in Sheridan. They arrived yesterday on 41.

The young ladies who will be awarded their diplomas from the state hospital in Sheridan will graduate in exercises tonight at the Sheridan Inn.
