A Look Back in Time: May 13, 1919

Now here's Sheridan Media's look back in time, to 100 years ago, by reporter Pat Blair as published in the Sheridan Enterprise newspaper on May 13, 1919.


Nearly half of the $20,000 budget proposed for the Sheridan Commercial Club had been secured up to noon today.

Ginghams in satisfaction-giving plaids and stripes for dresses, 27 inches wide, are 25 cents a yard at the Golden Rule store.

Marriage licenses have been issued recently to Russell M. Bell and Agnes R. Duncan and T.M. Sikora and Beatrice B. Hammond. All are of Sheridan.

E.E. Montgomery is here from Arvada today on a business trip.

Mr. and Mrs. Edward Burnett and Miss Florence Carpenter are in from the 41 ranch today on a visit.
