A Look Back in Time: March 10, 1918

Now here's Sheridan Media's look back in time, to 100 years ago, by reporter Pat Blair as published in the Sheridan Enterprise newspaper on March 10, 1918.

One lot of ladies' and misses' coats and suits, values up to $27.50, are marked for sale for $8.85 at Sheridan's Golden Rule store. Also one lot of silk poplin dresses, very fancy trimmed, are only $12.45.

Dan Anderson of Buffalo is in Sheridan for an indefinite stay.

Imported Frankfurters are 27 cents and peanut butter 30 cents for a one-pound can at Omaha Supply Co., 136 N. Main.

The Musicians' Union gave a dance last night at Central Hall for the benefit of the Red Cross Chapter. The hall was well filled, and everyone appeared to enjoy the evening.
