A Look Back in Time: June 25, 1914

Pioneer Park is to be equipped with three of the finest pieces of steel playground apparatus that can be bought anywhere.

The pieces will be ordered at once. The principal piece is called a “park play station” and is a combination of two slides, four swings and two see-saws.

Buffalo Mayor Joe Todd is stopping at the Great Western in downtown Sheridan today.

The Sheridan Band gave its most successful open-air concert of the year last night. Director Greene says the band plans to give an open-hour concert each week of the summer.
