A Look Back in Time: Feb. 11, 1919

Now here's Sheridan Media's look back in time, to 100 years ago, by reporter Pat Blair as published in the Sheridan Enterprise newspaper on Feb. 11, 1919.

Elmo Lincoln, Enid Markey and 1,000 others appear in “Tarzan of the Apes,” showing today and tomorrow at Sheridan's Gem theater. Admission is 15 and 25 cents for the matinee, 25 and 50 cents for the night shows.

John Beebee of Clearmont was in Sheridan today.

Mr. W.P. Service from Arvada is in Sheridan for a few days.

City Commissioner Birkhaeuser is trying to get a line on the amount of water used by the city. One of the big reservoirs southwest of town was emptied yesterday, and at 8 o'clock this morning, water was turned into it to see how long it will take the flow to fill it.
