A Look Back in Time: Dec. 6, 1917

Now here's Sheridan Media's look back in time, to 100 years ago, by reporter Pat Blair as published in the Sheridan Enterprise newspaper on Dec. 6, 1917.

M.B. Camplin, mayor-elect of Sheridan, has just returned from an extensive business and pleasure tour which took him through Basin, Greybull and Thermopolis. He was accompanied by Mrs. Camplin.

The Joy Parlor at 44 N. Main St. will open tonight. All kinds of fun and amusement will be offered, including shooting, bowling, hand ball, automatic picture machines and athletic machines. Don't fail to hear the $5,000 Orchestrian.

O. Steele offers furs made to order and repaired, as well as taxidermy and tanning. The business is at 339 E. Loucks Street. Look for the sign.
