A Look Back in Time: Dec. 23, 1917

Now here's Sheridan Media's look back in time, to 100 years ago, by reporter Pat Blair as published in the Sheridan Enterprise newspaper on Dec. 23, 1917.


Mr. H.E. Arnold of Lodge Grass, Mont., has been in Sheridan for the past two days attending to business matters. He returned home this morning, accompanied by Miss Mabel, who will spend her Christmas holidays at home.

Mr. Arch Tompkins of Arvada is in Sheridan for one or two days on a business trip.

Col. J.A. Moore came to Sheridan today for the holidays. He came directly from his Box Elder ranch.

The Golden Rule store will have extra special bargains tomorrow on all Christmas goods.

The Decker-Cummings Music Co. on South Main Street is offering a genuine Victor-Victrola for $15.
