A Look Back in Time: Dec. 2, 1919

Now here's Sheridan Media's look back in time, to 100 years ago, by reporter Pat Blair as published in the Sheridan Enterprise newspaper on Dec. 2, 1919.


At 6 o’clock this morning, the temperature was 25 below zero, which was the coldest that it’s been since Jan. 31, 1918, when a temperature of 32 below was recorded at the local weather bureau.

Will Mattox, who resides at Parkman, is in Sheridan attending to business matters. Also in Sheridan is G. A. Blake, who lives at Ucross. He is registered at the Crescent hotel.

Mrs. F. J. Pelissier is convalescing from her recent illness at her home on West Loucks street.

Mr. Herbert Hughey of Dayton gave a delightful party Saturday night at the home of Mrs. Snell.
