A Look Back in Time: April 9, 1919

Now here's Sheridan Media's look back in time, to 100 years ago, by reporter Pat Blair as published in the Sheridan Enterprise newspaper on April 9, 1919.


The Sheridan Building and Loan Association last night passed a resolution placing the association on record as favoring the coming good roads bond issue election.

Fresh spinach is 25 cents a pound at Swan's Grocery.

The good roads committee held a luncheon at noon today at the Western to make arrangements for the good roads day on April 16. Ranchers along the Story-Buffalo road are going out with 14 teams and three trucks, and 38 men are promised already to work on the roads.

Leonard Culley of Ulm is in Sheridan today on business.
