A Look Back in Time: April 9, 1916

Now here's Sheridan Media's look back in time, to 100 years ago, by reporter Pat Blair as published in the Sheridan Enterprise newspaper on April 9, 1916.


New spring suits for men are $12.50 and $15 at the Golden Rule Men's Store Annex. Also, men's spring style soft hats are on sale for $1.95.

J.K. Walsh is the owner of a new Haynes Six automobile, which he purchased from Polly & Cooley.

Sheridan police tacked cards bearing the new traffic regulations in the garages of the city yesterday.

The light road drags will be put on county roads this morning. The Big Horn road, Soldier Creek road and the mine roads will probably be covered a distance of about 10 miles out from the city. The Lower Prairie Dog road, Upper Prairie Dog road and Dutch creek road will probably be covered tomorrow.
