Local Cat Rescue Provides Safe Haven for Felines

Second Chance Sheridan Cat Rescue received their non-profit status seven years ago to make the rescue an official corporation.

Director of Programs Rachel Kristiansen says that the inception of the rescue goes back long before 2009.

Kristiansen said their main goal is to provide rescue and sanctuary for homeless cats, and that their mission is threefold.

Kristiansen talks about how they differ from the Dog and Cat Shelter.
