On Monday's edition of Public Pulse, host Kim Love spoke at length with Kathryn Valido, President of the Wyoming Education Association. After several minutes addressing the continuing contract status issue, he asked Valido.

Kim then asked Ms. Valido what systems of accountability she would find acceptable to apply to the teaching profession today.

Valido stated that by doing so, it prevents the whole possibility of things that are really unfair and unreasonable from happening – for example, firing a teacher because he didn't let a student play quarterback in the big football game.
