With more than 200 vehicles in downtown Sheridan Saturday, this year's Karz Rod Run appears to be the biggest one yet.

In fact, Vicki Stites, whose husband is president of the Karz Club, said there were 225 vehicles – and not just cars.

Stites said there also were Model Ts and Model As from Buffalo as well as a couple of racing cars this year.

Among the exhibitors was Carl Stark, who brought his early 1935 long-wheelbase Dodge pickup.

Stites said over 50 awards were given out this year, including awards to the Top Ten vehicles in the show.

She said there were only 132 cars in last year's show, because the weather wasn't good, and the year before that, there were 174. She said she thinks this year's numbers topped all previous shows.
