Johnson County Fair and Rodeo Begins Today

The 2015 Johnson County Fair and Rodeo begins its week-long run today and will continue through Sunday, August 2nd.

The fair will feature arts and crafts exhibits and livestock shows throughout the week and culminate in the rodeo next Saturday and Sunday.

Today begins with the dog show at 8 this morning. The horse show begins at 5 this afternoon. FFA exhibits are due at 4 o'clock and open class exhibits will be accepted from 1 to 5.
Optional weigh-ins are from 5 to 6 this evening.

Monday will feature the horse show, cat show and pocket pets show as well as judging for 4H and and open class exhibits.
We will have more on Monday's happenings tomorrow.

The Johnson County Fair and Rodeo will continue this week at the county fairgrounds just north of Buffalo off of North Main Street.
