Buffalo's City Council, at this week's meeting, tabled a decision on the liquor license application from Don Seals d/b/a Ray's Liquor, to give him the opportunity to present the council with a business plan.

4K Paws Raises $1,800 For Buffalo Shelter

The St. Francis Animal Shelter in Buffalo held its annual 4K Paws Walk/Run fundraiser Wednesday evening, raising $1,847 to help with the costs of taking care of the cats and dogs at the no-kill shelter.

Bighorn National Forest and Sheridan County firefighters responded to a wildfire burning about two-miles northeast of the Big Goose Ranger Station Wednesday. According to a Forest Service news release, the Rapid Creek Fire burned about a half-acre of lodgepole pine.
