Jennings Has Concerns Over Budget Bill

The 65th Wyoming Legislature has used week four of the 2019 General Session to work on the mirror supplemental budget bills. Local Representative Mark Jennings explained that he wasn’t totally comfortable with House Bill 1.

That isn’t the only area of concern for Representative Jennings.

Jennings talks about how he feels the issues of heavy handed spending and inefficiencies is still very present.

House Bill 1 was passed by the committee of the whole by a vote of 41 yays, 15 nays, and 4 excused. Jennings voted against the bill while other local Representatives Mark Kinner, Richard Tass, and Cyrus Western, all voted in favor of the measure. Find more details on the legislative happenings at
