Johnson County Healthcare Center Administrator Sandy Ward reported to the Hospital Board at their monthly meeting Wednesday that the JCHC had posted its best month ever in July for gross revenues.

Ward gives more details.

The hospital had collections of just over $800,000 for the month, less than usual, but August appears to be back up around $1.1 million in collections, he said.

Also reported at the meeting, donations and memorials to the Healthcare Center for July totaled $375, with $50 contributed to the Joe Farrell Memorial and $325 given to the Bonnie Thoma Memorial, both under the Hospice program. The next meeting for the JCHC Board will be September 28 at 6:30 pm.
