HOSPITAL BOARD DISCUSSES PRELIMINARY BUDGET NUMBERS

The Sheridan Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees got their first look at the 2010 budget. Sheridan Media's Ron Richter has the details.

Much of the board meeting centered around trustees discussing the preliminary budget numbers, which include a modest 2.5% price increase, which is small says Hospital CFO Ed Johlman, when compared with the nationwide average of 6.5%.

Trustees also approved a prescription packager in the amount of forty four thousand and not to exceed 400-thousand for the remodel of the fourth operating room.
