Hoodwinked in Sheridan

Movie Night at Kendrick
Movie Night at Kendrick

The order of the evening was hoodies and blankets as a cold front blew through Sheridan Friday night, but that didn’t hamper the enthusiasm of the crowd at the band shell at Kendrick Park.  Vertical Church hosted its “Free Movie Night” with close to one hundred bundled up, happy movie goers in attendance.

This was the third outdoor movie of the summer season hosted by Vertical Church and Pastor Michael Ames says the park is ideal

Given the choice between the movies, the original “Toy Story” and “Hoodwinked,” the crowd picked “Hoodwinked.”  Pop provided, the movie night is a great way to spend time with the family and better yet, it’s free

The movie night takes place the first and third Friday nights through August and everyone is welcome, but please remember it is a B. Y. O. B. event—Bring Your Own Blanket.
