Governor Visits Wyoming National Guard in Kosovo

Wyoming Governor Matt Mead along with First Lady Carol Mead and Wyoming’s Adjutant General, Major General Luke Reiner spent some time over the weekend visiting Wyoming National Guard Troops in Kosovo. Governor Matt Mead.

The 24 Wyoming National Guard Soldiers provide aviation maintenance and were deployed last September.

The Wyoming guard members are from Cheyenne, Green River, Laramie, Powell, Sheridan, Wheatland, Torrington and from North Platte, Nebraska. The Soldiers are from Detachment 3, B Company, 777th Aviation. They are providing maintenance support for the 1st Battalion, 112th Aviation, from the North Dakota Army National Guard.
