Wyoming Governor Matt Mead was in Buffalo Tuesday to tour the nearly-complete Buffalo/Johnson County Justice Center.
Governor Mead came in response to an invitation from Groathouse Construction, who is in charge of construction of the facility.

Mead said he was pleased with the fact that most of the workers employed by the project are Wyoming residents, which he believes is important.

The Governor was impressed with the project for a number of reasons.

Johnson County Chairman Smokey Wildeman said after the tour that the Governor was pleased with the project.

The criminal justice center is scheduled for completion and be move-in ready in August.
