Governor Proposes AML Funds For Energy Research

$83 million is the amount Governor Dave Freudenthal is proposing for his supplemental budget to be allocated for energy research, student stipends, and the construction of a Science Technology Engineering and Math facility, or STEM, at the University of Wyoming. Governor Dave Freudenthal:

The Governor's supplemental budget keeps over a billion dollars in the “rainy day” account, and the entire budget will be presented to the Joint Appropriations Committee on December 13th.
