Wyoming Governor-elect Mark Gordon held a telephone press conference Wednesday to answer questions from reporters from around the state.

Gordon has already begun to set up his team in the temporary quarters in the transition office, and spent about 45 minutes talking with the media about numerous subjects including his stance on Grizzly Bear and water issues to fire recovery and prevention ideas to the biggest issues he sees facing the state in the future.

The governor-elect took a few minutes at the beginning of the press conference to address the media members and the rest of his constituents in Wyoming.

Gordon said he was surprised and wasn't really prepared for the race to be called as quickly as it was on election night.

He said after the win, he is now anxious to move forward and get to work for the state.

We will have more from the Governor-elect's press conference in future stories.
