Thursday afternoon children from Sheridan County spent the afternoon getting their pearly whites examined free of charge thanks to the 4th annual “Give Kids a Smile Day” at Sheridan College. Director of the Sheridan College Dental Hygiene Program Jan Dill explains.

Dill says that over the years the program has expanded to include students in the dental hygiene program at Sheridan College.

Dill said that they distribute fliers to all of the elementary schools within District's One and Two giving parents the opportunity to schedule an appointment for the free dental work. Give Kids a Smile Day will continue for part of the day Friday at the College.
