G&F Teaches Sheridan How to Handle Grumpy Wildlife

If you run into a bear the next time you go camping, do you know what you should do? What if you notice you're being watched by a mountain lion during a hike? Just to be sure, the Wyoming Game and Fish Department is offering a free class to the people of Sheridan about how to handle a run-in with potentially aggressive wildlife. Game and Fish Information Specialst, Warren Mischke:

Mischke says wildlife smarts aren't just for outdoor enthusiasts. They're a necessity for Wyomingites.

This year's wildlife safety seminar will be in the Sheridan College C-TEL auditorium from 6-8 Wednesday night. After the lecture, attendees will have an opportunity to practice using bear spray.
