G&F Enables Online Boat Registration

Boat owners in Wyoming can now renew their state watercraft registrations online.

After completing the online form and paying a fee via the internet, boat owners can print out a receipt, which serves as registration until the sticker arrives in the mail. Teal Joseph, a local game warden, said it's important to hold on to the temporary registration for a while.

Per Wyoming law, all motorized watercraft must be registered. Renewals are $15 for one year or $40 for three years. Online registration is not available to owners who have are registering a boat for the first time.
