It was the final “Behind the Scenes Saturday” at the Sheridan County Museum and now it's countdown to opening day on May 1st.

Behind the Scenes Saturday was designed for people to come in and see what goes on in the museum during the off-season. Interim Director Sarah Ligocki says the last Behind the Scenes is a quick reminder that the museum will soon open for a new season.

This year's exhibits will feature sports and recreation in Sheridan County. Ligocki says the museum is still in need of some items.

Good news, a new director should be on staff by the first part of May. Though Ligocki wouldn't offer any names, the job is currently being offered to someone.
