Gatchell's History Conference Features Native Cultures

The Jim Gatchell Memorial Museum's History Conference for 2019 will feature Native American culture and cuisine, and reservations are being accepted.

The Native American Cultures History Conference will present three speakers, Donovin Sprague, who is Minnicoujou Lakota and Cheyenne; Johns Washakie, who is Eastern Shoshone; and Northern Arapahoe Yufna Soldier Wolf; who will be speaking about their cultures.

Authentic Lakota cuisine will be catered by the TA Guest Ranch.

The conference will be happening April 13th at the Johnson County Fairgrounds, and tickets are $30 per person.

Reservations are required by April 5th, and can be made through the museum.
