Gain Share For Hospital Employees Will Be Significantly Lower This Year

The Gain Share payout for employees at Sheridan Memorial Hospital will be much smaller than what they received last year. Hospital Chief Financial Officer Ed Johlman explains the dramatic decrease.

Johlman explains that a break even year for the hospital is what caused the drop in the employee's Gain Share.

Johlman said that there about 350 employee's at the hospital that will receive a check from the Gain Share program this year. The Hospital Board of Trustees approved the Gain Share payout at their meeting Wednesday.
