Fundraising Efforts Continue For Greenhouse Project In Sheridan

Greenhouse Living For Sheridan is busy trying to meet their fundraising goal of $891,000 by the end of March in order to secure a grant from the Wyoming Business Council to provide infrastructure for the project. Greenhouse Living for Sheridan President Doug Osborn.

Osborn says that if 800 people could pledge $1,000 over the next three years, that comes out to be about $1 a day. If the fundraising goal is met by March 31st, Osborn said that construction could begin this summer, with a possible opening slated for 2011.

The bungalow style cottages are intended to offer an alternative to the standard nursing home care. The cottages would be located at the Village at Cloud Peak Ranch in northwest Sheridan.
