Franchise Agreements and Budget Discussion on Tap For City Council

The Sheridan City Council will consider on second reading franchise agreements with ACT and Charter Communications tonight at their regularly scheduled meeting. Sheridan Mayor John Heath explains how the agreements generate revenue for the city.

Prior the the council meeting there will be a city budget work session that will focus on administration, including the mayor and council, treasurer, clerk, municipal court, fire and police and human resources. The meeting will start at 6, an hour before the regularly scheduled council meeting at 7. Both the work session and council meeting will take place in council chambers on the 3rd floor of Sheridan City Hall. A broadcast of the council meeting can be heard on AM 1410 KWYO.
