Frackelton's Hosts 'Cause' For Library

Frackelton's was a busy place Monday as people came for lunch, dinner and a chance to support Sheridan's Fulmer Public Library.

The library was the “cause” in this month's Dining for a Cause event at the restaurant in downtown Sheridan. Restaurant Manager Dave Youngren predicted a good turnout.

Many diners echoed the feelings of Angie Gilbert.

Among those at the lunch-time part of the event was Lou Ann Tingley, a member of the Library Foundation board, who explained how the proceeds from the event will be used.

She noted that a major sponsor of Monday's event was Cloud Peak Energy. The company donated $15,000 as a match to what was raised during Dining for a Cause. Other matching donors included: Hammer Chevrolet, First Interstate Bank,Sheridan Community Federal Credit Union,Valley Motor Honda -- Total amount raised including matches was $28,800.
